Roles and instructions

The participant is controller for submitted invoice data and Validenza acts as processor only on documented pilot instructions, except where law requires an independent role.

Security and subprocessors

Tenant isolation, encryption, least privilege, append-only Evidence and incident controls apply. EU subprocessors and transfer safeguards are listed in the attributable approved DPA.

Deletion and assistance

Validenza supports verified data-rights requests, deletes pilot working data on schedule, and documents any statutory Evidence retention exception.
