Purpose and data

We process participant identity and contact details, invoice headers, parties, line items, tax, payment and routing data, product events, support communications and acceptance records to operate and evaluate the private beta.

Subprocessors and residency

Pilot application data, object storage, backups and operational telemetry are restricted to EU regions. Hosting, database, object-storage and monitoring vendors act as subprocessors under contract; the attributable approved list is supplied with the pilot DPA before the real-data gate opens.

Retention

Pilot source and working data is deleted within 30 days after the pilot. Raw research and recordings are deleted within 30 days of a session; sanitized notes within 90 days after synthesis. Statutory Evidence Records may be retained for seven years.

Your rights

You may request access, export, correction, restriction, objection or erasure. Identity is verified without storing raw proof. A statutory Evidence retention exception is recorded with its legal basis and does not permit unrelated use.
