Separate and optional

Recording is optional and separate from product and real-data policy acceptance. Declining or withdrawing never blocks product use.

Purpose and retention

A recording may be used only for moderated usability research. It is restricted to the research team and deleted within 30 days of the session.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw at any time through Support. Recording stops and retained material enters the deletion procedure; product access and statutory Evidence Records are unaffected.

Your optional choice

Accept or decline recording separately. Either choice leaves product access unchanged; you can withdraw later.
